Samsung’s Galaxy Note 9 fixes your photos

Samsung has just unveiled the Galaxy Note 9 and the phone is shaping up to be one of the best phones you can order right now. Among the impressive specs of the Note 9, lets take a closer look at the camera on this phone.

Samsung is dubbing it the “the revolutionary intelligent camera” due to its use of AI to detect errors in your photos.

“You’ll never have to worry about Aunt Mary blinking in the family shot again. Note9’s Flaw Detection intelligently recognizes blinks, blurs, smudges, and backlighting, and notifies you so you can adjust and reshoot. It’s like having an art director right in your pocket.”

The phone has 2 cameras on the rear with one of them being dual aperture at f/1.5 and f/2.4. Both rear cameras have OIS while also providing you with optical zoom at two focal lengths.

The scene optimiser now supports up to 20 different scenes from food to nature and portrait. You can still blur you background for portrait shots and the camera can take burst photos in low light and combine them to provide cleaner shots.

The s-pen is now battery powered with support for Bluetooth low energy and can be used as a remote trigger for taking photos up to 33 feet away. The phone is also able to auto correct distortion on faces which are shot with wide angle lenses.

The phone will be available on August 24th 2018 in Lavender Purple, Metallic Copper and Midnight Black. The base model will cost $1,000 (128GB storage and 6GB RAM) while the upgraded model will be $150 (512GB and 8GB RAM).
