Canon 1D MII vs Canon 70D Overview
Here, we are reviewing the Canon 1D MII vs Canon 70D, one being a Pro DSLR and the other is a Advanced DSLR and they are both created by Canon. There exists a huge gap between the image resolutions of the 1D MII (8MP) and 70D (20MP) and the 1D MII (APS-H) and 70D (APS-C) have different sensor dimensions.

The 1D MII was manufactured 10 years prior to the 70D and that is quite a significant gap as far as technology is concerned. Both the cameras feature different body design with the Canon 1D MII being a Large SLR camera and the Canon 70D being a Mid-size SLR camera.
