Canon 1Ds MII vs Canon T7i Overview
Here, we are evaluating the Canon 1Ds MII versus Canon T7i, former being a Pro DSLR while the other is a Entry-Level DSLR and both are offered by Canon. There exists a considerable gap between the sensor resolutions of the 1Ds MII (17MP) and T7i (24MP) and the 1Ds MII (Full frame) and T7i (APS-C) have different sensor sizes.

The 1Ds MII was brought out 12 years prior to the T7i and that is quite a large difference as far as technology is concerned. Both of the cameras feature different body design with the Canon 1Ds MII being a Large SLR camera and the Canon T7i being a Mid-size SLR camera.
