Following is a in depth review of the Canon R8 and Sony NEX-7, both Advanced Mirrorless cameras by manufacturers Canon and Sony. The sensor resolution of the R8 (24MP) and the NEX-7 (24MP) is pretty close but the R8 (Full frame) and NEX-7 (APS-C) come with totally different sensor dimensions.
