Its time to look more closely at the Canon A2100 IS versus Canon G15, both Small Sensor Compact cameras and both of them are manufactured by Canon. The sensor resolution of the A2100 IS (12MP) and the G15 (12MP) is pretty comparable but the A2100 IS (1/2.3") and G15 (1/1.7") have totally different sensor dimensions.
