Its time to look more closely at the Canon D10 versus Canon G12, both Small Sensor Compact digital cameras and both of them are sold by Canon. The resolution of the D10 (12MP) and the G12 (10MP) is very similar but the D10 (1/2.3") and G12 (1/1.7") have totally different sensor sizing.
