Following is a detailed review of the Canon S100 versus Sony WX5, both Small Sensor Compact digital cameras by manufacturers Canon and Sony. The image resolution of the S100 (12MP) and the WX5 (12MP) is pretty similar but the S100 (1/1.7") and WX5 (1/2.3") use different sensor measurements.
