The Pentax WG-3 provides physical measurements of 124mm x 64mm x 33mm (4.9" x 2.5" x 1.3") and a weight of 230 grams (0.51 lbs) while the YI M1 has proportions of 114mm x 64mm x 34mm (4.5" x 2.5" x 1.3") and a weight of 350 grams (0.77 lbs).

All in all, each of the cameras feature different megapixels and different sensor dimensions. The WG-3 with its tinier sensor is going to make getting shallow DOF more difficult and the YI M1 will deliver extra detail using its extra 4 Megapixels. Greater resolution can also let you crop images way more aggressively. The more aged WG-3 is going to be behind with regard to sensor innovation.
