Here, we will be evaluating the Samsung CL5 versus Sony HX10V, former being a Ultracompact while the latter is a Small Sensor Superzoom by brands Samsung and Sony. There is a large difference between the sensor resolutions of the CL5 (9MP) and HX10V (18MP) and the CL5 (1/2.5") and HX10V (1/2.3") provide different sensor dimensions.
