Samsung TL220 vs Sony W550 Overview
In this write-up, we will be reviewing the Samsung TL220 and Sony W550, former is a Small Sensor Compact while the latter is a Ultracompact by rivals Samsung and Sony. The image resolution of the TL220 (12MP) and the W550 (14MP) is relatively similar and they feature the same exact sensor sizing (1/2.3").

The TL220 was revealed 23 months prior to the W550 which makes the cameras a generation away from one another. Both of these cameras offer different body type with the Samsung TL220 being a Compact camera and the Sony W550 being a Ultracompact camera.
