Samsung TL500 vs Sony A57 Overview
In this article, we are reviewing the Samsung TL500 versus Sony A57, former being a Small Sensor Compact while the other is a Entry-Level DSLR by companies Samsung and Sony. There exists a noticeable gap among the sensor resolutions of the TL500 (10MP) and A57 (16MP) and the TL500 (1/1.7") and A57 (APS-C) come with different sensor sizes.

The TL500 was manufactured 3 years before the A57 and that is a fairly sizable difference as far as camera technology is concerned. Each of these cameras offer different body type with the Samsung TL500 being a Compact camera and the Sony A57 being a Compact SLR camera.
