Following is a detailed review of the Sony A7R versus Sony RX100 VA, former is a Pro Mirrorless while the latter is a Large Sensor Compact and both are manufactured by Sony. There exists a noticeable gap among the sensor resolutions of the A7R (36MP) and RX100 VA (20MP) and the A7R (Full frame) and RX100 VA (1") feature different sensor measurements.
