Sony RX1R vs Sony WX50

Clearly, both of those cameras provide different megapixels and different sensor measurements. The RX1R featuring a larger sensor will make achieving shallow DOF simpler and the Sony RX1R will result in more detail due to its extra 8MP. Greater resolution will enable you to crop images more aggressively. The more recent RX1R is going to have an advantage with regard to sensor tech.
