The 1 due to its tinier sensor is going to make achieving shallower DOF more difficult and the Panasonic GH6 will give you greater detail having its extra 13MP. Greater resolution will let you crop photos a little more aggressively. The older 1 is going to be disadvantaged when it comes to sensor tech.
