Its time to take a closer look at the Samsung PL200 versus Sony RX100 VA, former is a Small Sensor Compact while the other is a Large Sensor Compact by competitors Samsung and Sony. There is a noticeable difference between the resolutions of the PL200 (14MP) and RX100 VA (20MP) and the PL200 (1/2.3") and RX100 VA (1") provide totally different sensor measurements.
