The WX9 provides a built-in lens and a focal range of 25-125mm giving it a 5.0 x zoom which is definitely not very good but it might be handy in some cases.

At the widest 25mm, it features an aperture of f2.6 making it pretty slow and not the best for low light occasions and you will probably find it hard to get good bokeh.
