Sony T99 vs Sony ZV-1

The T99 was revealed 11 years prior to the ZV-1 and that is quite a big gap as far as tech is concerned. Both the cameras offer different body type with the Sony T99 being a Ultracompact camera and the Sony ZV-1 being a Large Sensor Compact camera.

The Sony T99 has got physical measurements of 93mm x 56mm x 17mm (3.7" x 2.2" x 0.7") accompanied by a weight of 121 grams (0.27 lbs) and the Sony ZV-1 has dimensions of 105mm x 60mm x 44mm (4.1" x 2.4" x 1.7") accompanied by a weight of 294 grams (0.65 lbs).

Greater resolution will also allow you to crop photos a little more aggressively. The older T99 is going to be disadvantaged when it comes to sensor innovation.
